Usually held the first Sunday in October. All the museums, except the Oceanographic, are open free for the day. Also the Casino, the Salle Gamier, Villa Miraflores (the headquarters of the International Amateur Athletic Association), the International Atomic Energy Marine Lab, the Bibilotheque (Library) Louis Notari, the National Conseil, Academic of Monegasque Language, the Ateliers d' Artistes and the Palais du Justice (Court House). Each gives tours or lectures. It's a wonderful opportunity to see Monaco if you are in town. The conferences and tours are in French.
